Please ask as each manufacturer has different warranty time.

Delivery

The confirmed delivery should be kept in principle. But the delivery delay could happen caused by the supplier’s (factory’s) reasons which are beyond our control. In that case we will inform you the reason and new schedule before the delivery due date for your judgment if you can accept or not.
NC/NR order excludes the case.
We cannot bear/pay any reimbursement/penalty money in any contracts, caused by supplier’s (factory’s) delivery delay, since this is beyond our control and sales condition with our suppliers.
Again, we will inform buyer of the case before delivery due date just in case it happens.

Defective goods & return.

We supply the genuine parts and we trust no quality problem happening. But just in case it happens, buyer is kindly requested to send us the test report within warranty date issued by the end user.
After the supplier admits your defective/quality claim, we will replace or refund. But the quantity or amount must be same as (will not exceed) defective quantity or amount. Besides, we cannot bear any additional reimbursement/penalty money, happened by the defective claim.

Your return without our RMA No will NOT be accepted.

Sales restriction of application and final destination.

No application for military, weapon, medical equipments, vehicle or anything related to human life (unless otherwise agreed)
No re-export to embargo or sanction countries or Russia, Ukraine, Israel, Palestine.

Buyer must inform us of the application and final destination country name when it is requested. 

Even before quote valid or contract delivery due date, we reserve the right to revise the price and delivery  due to  political things happening and huge exchange rate changes which are beyond our control.
